Do you ever feel like you are stuck in a rut?  Tired and wishing you could have more energy? Know you want something to change but you’re not sure how to make it happen?  Yeah, I know that feeling too.

For the past 13 years I have worked in the association world in a job that has been ranked in the top 10 most stressful jobs for the past several years.  I was constantly on the go working long hours, attending after hours work events and traveling like a mad woman. I got to the point where I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.  I was far from loving my life.

I knew there were changes I needed to make. I knew there had to be a way to have more energy, less stress and feel better all around so I could feel fulfilled and happy and make a difference in the the world around me.  I decided to use my lifelong passion for education and wellness to find a way to make myself a priority so I can love my life again.  Now, I am ready to help you make yourself a priority so you too can love your life again!

I have been blown away in my sessions with Britt. She was able to help me achieve big goals by helping me break them down into attainable steps and helping me work through the roadblocks along the way.
