For the past 13 years I have worked in the association world in a job that has been ranked in the top 10 most stressful jobs for the past several years. I was constantly on the go working long hours, attending after hours work events and traveling like a mad woman. I got to the point where I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. I was far from loving my life.
I knew there were changes I needed to make. I knew there had to be a way to have more energy, less stress and feel better all around so I could feel fulfilled and happy and make a difference in the the world around me. I decided to use my lifelong passion for education and wellness to find a way to make myself a priority so I can love my life again. Now, I am ready to help you make yourself a priority so you too can love your life again!
